Preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial osmosis plant in the Central Catalonia.
One of the services we offer is the management and execution of the maintenance of your facilities in order to reduce breakdowns and, as well, prevent operational stops in water production.

Wastewater treatment plant for the food industry
Another project carried out for the food sector has been the design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant in La Garrotxa.

Process water treatment plant for the regional food industry
Last August we started up a process water treatment plant for a ready-made food factory in the area of Bages. It is a turnkey project and, therefore, we have taken care of the design, the supply of materials and equipment, the assembly and the validation. The scope of the installation goes from the municipal network water connection to the treated water tank, including the pressure group for the internal network of the factory.

Filtration pilot plant with AFM® in a drinking water station in Berguedà
A study has recently been carried out to improve a drinking water station in Berguedà, in collaboration with Nordic Water, Dryden Aqua and Puig-Reig City Council. This study, which lasted 2 months, consisted of the installation of a pilot plant with AFM® activated glass filter to make water potable in a Dynasand® continuous washing filter.

Decalcified water production facility for service use
One of the recently completed projects for the Catalan meat industry has been two facilities for the production of decalcified water for service uses (process, machinery cleaning, boiler and cooling system, etc.). To this end, two water treatment facilities have been supplied fitted with AFM® filtration and Upcore® descaling, providing two different production flows according to the location (720 m3/day and 600 m3/day).

Physic-Chemical separation
Let’s walk across a visual proof of physical-chemical separation effectiveness. Through water pressurization sludge floates in the surface and clean water is evacuated underneath.

ELDE Project
CiM Aigua is a member of ELDE Project, studying the technical and economic viability of electrodepuration of industrial waste waters.

Innovation impact
During the Project for factory’s enhancement there are multiple factors to be aware of. One of them is the increase in wastewater that will take place. In some cases, these waters may present some specificities that make advisable a particular pre-treatment before it’s derivation to the wastewater plant treatment.

Grow and improvement
Our most recent expansion work for a wastewater treatment plant implemented a split in the treatment line.

Desperate times call for…efficient solutions
It is very common in our installations to find buried tanks. This solution allows no grow useful space and it’s aesthetically pleasant. In those cases, it is obviously necessary to perform holes in order to allow access, maintenance and aeration.

Innovative company award 2019
CiM Aigua has been rewarded with the more innovative company award by the Fòrum de la Catalunya Central.

Solarpur Project
CIM Aigua is currently participating in the SOLARPUR project, led by the companies SUD Renovables and CIM Aigua. This project consists of using photovoltaic energy for the first time with the aim of improving the management of manure from livestock farms, thus increasing the sustainability of the livestock sector and facilitating the export of manure in areas of natural fertilizer deficit.

CIM Aigua finalizes the installation and start-up of an industrial food WWTP
CIM Aigua has completed a new project for a food industry located in Bages. In this project a treatment by flotation of 20 m3/h, its automatic dosages of chemical reagents and the expansion of the treatment of sludges by means of centrifuge have been realized.

CIM Aigua presents the studies of bioindication and respirometry in the TECH HUB of the fair ‘iwater’
Yesterday, November 17th, we had the opportunity to explain the knowledge we apply in our projects to efficiently dimension and manage industrial wastewater treatment plants and, thus, to reduce investment and operating costs.

CIM Aigua participates in the international exhibition of the integral water cycle ‘iwater’
These days we participated in the international exhibition of the integral cycle of water that is being held in Barcelona Fair. We want to thank all our colleagues who have been interested in our activity.
